Privacy & Data Collection

We collect only what is needed to execute a commercial transaction. When you contact us or submit inventory details, we collect your name, business entity, email, phone number and commercial address. This is used to formulate offers, coordinate freight carriers and execute payment. We do not sell, rent or distribute your business contact data to third-party marketers.

Terms

Commercial Terms

Description accuracy: Offers are based on the description you provide. Final payment is subject to physical verification and count on receipt. We do not adjust an agreed price unless the lot differs materially from your description.
Freight: We issue prepaid Bills of Lading for accepted lots at any quantity. Once the carrier signs for the pallets at your location, transit liability passes to the carrier under standard carrier terms.
Payment: Payment by ACH or bank wire is initiated within 2 business days of final count. Net 7 terms are available to partners with established recurring agreements.
Title: You are responsible for ensuring inventory you sell is free of liens, police holds and third-party claims.

Data-bearing devices

Data-Bearing Devices

We do not provide certificates of data destruction and we do not represent our processing as meeting any specific data sanitisation standard. If your internal policy, client agreements or regulatory obligations require documented destruction of storage media, remove the drives before shipping. We purchase storage-less consoles routinely.

Where drives remain in units you sell to us, you confirm you have satisfied your own data-handling obligations before transfer.
