Frequently Asked Questions About PlayStation Lots
Do you still buy PS4s and PS5s if the warranty seal is broken?
Yes. We frequently purchase units from repair shops and tech exchanges that have already been opened, diagnosed or stripped for donor parts. A broken or missing warranty seal does not disqualify the unit.
Can I include broken DualShock or DualSense controllers?
Absolutely. Defective OEM PlayStation controllers — stick drift, dead batteries, broken triggers — hold strong salvage value. Pack them in gaylord boxes on your pallet and note the rough quantity.
Do I need to test the PS5s for PSN hardware bans?
No. Testing for network bans is enormously time-consuming for your staff. We buy completely untested hardware, and our pricing already accounts for the average rate of banned or account-locked units in salvage lots.
Do you buy PS4s with the hard drive removed?
Yes, routinely. Note it on your description so we can price the barebones hardware accurately.
