Microsoft liquidation

High-Volume Liquidation for Microsoft Hardware

A black Xbox 360 console standing on a grey surface

As Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One consoles cycle through the secondary market, liquidators and tech exchanges accumulate units suffering from HDMI port failures, overheating and unverified power issues. When a customer return pallet is full of untested Microsoft hardware, or a repair shop accumulates a bin of unrepairable donor boards, that inventory traps capital.

We act as your direct downstream buyer, purchasing mixed pallets of defective Xbox units, covering all logistics and delivering fast commercial payouts.

  • Display & trace damage: Smashed HDMI ports, failed retimer chips (TDP158 / SN75DP159), and ripped motherboard pads.
  • Power & boot failures: No-power units, faulty internal power supplies, and consoles stuck on the Black Screen of Death.
  • Drive & mechanical issues: Grinding optical disc drives, unrecognised discs, and severe internal dust or overheating failures.
  • Software & bans: Corrupted operating systems, failed updates, and consoles permanently banned from Xbox Live.
  • Cosmetic & incomplete: Cracked outer casings, heavily scratched shells, missing internal SSDs, and loose donor motherboards.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Xbox Lots

Do you buy Xbox Series X/S consoles with the internal SSD removed?

Yes. Many facilities mandate physical removal of internal SSDs before hardware leaves the building. We routinely purchase storage-less Series X and Series S units — just note that drives have been pulled so we can price the barebones hardware.

Can I include defective Xbox Elite and standard controllers?

Absolutely. Controllers with severe stick drift, broken bumpers or unresponsive buttons hold strong salvage value for parts. Consolidate them into gaylord boxes on your pallet and provide a rough quantity.

Do I need to test Xbox One consoles with their external power bricks?

No. We purchase completely untested, as-is lots. Do not go hunting for compatible power bricks. If you have loose bricks, throw them on the pallet; if you don't, we will quote the bare consoles.

Do you buy Xbox Live banned consoles?

Yes. Banned units cannot be resold to consumers but retain full hardware salvage value, and we price for them as standard.
