Turn Failed Repairs and Dead Parts Into Revenue

A heap of small disassembled circuit boards and components on a workbench mat

Every repair centre has a growing pile of unfixable hardware. A severely water-damaged unit where the corrosion went too far. A botched HDMI trace repair. A console you already stripped for retimers and disc drives that is now a shell with a dead board in it.

That scrap shouldn't sit in a bin taking up bench space. We provide a direct B2B off-ramp so you can recoup costs on failed customer repairs and clear out spent donor stock.

What We Buy From Repair Centres

We buy at the component level, not just complete consoles.

Loose logic boards stacked on top of one another after teardown
  • Loose boards: PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo logic boards in any state, including boards already harvested for ICs.
  • Components: Optical disc drives, power supplies, heat sinks, shielding and chassis plastics.
  • Conditions: Catastrophic liquid damage, unrepairable trace and pad damage, BLOD and RROD units, and boards missing retimers or power management ICs.
  • Controllers: Joy-Cons, DualSense, DualShock and Xbox pads with drift or physical damage, by the box.

How We Value Repair Shop Scrap

A circuit board being inspected under a magnifying glass at a bench

You know what these parts are worth better than most sellers we deal with, so it's worth being clear about what we're pricing. We are not buying your good donor stock — you should keep the boards you can still harvest from. What we buy is what's left after you've taken what you need: spent boards, dead chassis, components you have no use for and no time to list.

Value comes from processing that material at volume, which is why it works for us and not for a shop with a bench to run. If our number doesn't beat what you'd get parting it out yourself, keep parting it out — we'd rather be your outlet for the stuff that genuinely isn't worth your hours.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions for Repair Shops

Do you buy completely stripped motherboards?

Yes. Even if you have pulled the retimer chips, HDMI ports or power management ICs for other repairs, we will buy the stripped board and the remaining shell.

Do units need to be reassembled before shipping?

No. We accept fully disassembled units, loose motherboards and mixed bins of plastics and heat sinks. Box and wrap them securely on the pallet so nothing shifts in transit.

Is there a minimum volume?

No. Consolidate your PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo scrap onto one pallet and call us whenever it's worth clearing — there is no threshold to hit first.

How do you price loose boards versus complete units?

Complete units are priced by model and condition; loose boards and components are priced by volume and weight. Tell us roughly the split when you describe the lot.
