We do not require you to test, grade or clean the inventory. We specialise in processing hardware that other buyers reject — if your listing category would be "for parts or not working", it is exactly what we buy.
- Completely untested: Raw customer returns, unredeemed pawn loans, and unmanifested bins.
- Power & display failures: No-power units, Blue Light of Death (BLOD), Red Ring of Death (RROD), and shattered or ripped HDMI ports.
- Mechanical & drive failures: Unfixable disc read errors, jammed optical drives, and overheating hardware.
- Board-level scrap: Catastrophic liquid damage, failed trace repairs, banned or blacklisted consoles, and motherboards stripped of donor ICs including retimers and power management chips.
- Incomplete units: Missing hard drives, cracked external shells, and disassembled chassis bins.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Inventory
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We buy partial pallets, full pallets and full truckloads, and we cover the freight either way. Mixing PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo on one pallet is fine and common.
Do we need to separate working units from broken ones?
No. We routinely buy "as-is" pallets directly from big-box liquidators and reverse logistics hubs. You do not need to spend labour hours testing power status — give us a rough count by model and we will quote the lot.
What happens to data on the hard drives?
We do not issue certificates of data destruction. If your policy requires documented destruction, remove the drives before shipping. We buy storage-less consoles regularly — just note on your initial description that drives have been pulled so we can price the hardware accurately.
Do you buy units that are missing parts?
Yes. Bare Switch tablets without Joy-Cons, Xbox units with the internal SSD removed, PS4s with no hard drive, and consoles missing shells or heat sinks are all normal intake for us.
